• We offer a full design service from border planting schemes to complete redesigns.

• We specialise in new build schemes, what we would call blank canvasses!

• Prices start from £100 for a Black and white scale plan

• Colour presentation drawings from £80

• Planting plans by negotiation

• All our designs are produced in full consultation with you. This means you will get the garden you want, not what a designer thinks you need.

• A typical design process would be:-

Initial Consultation

• This would involve Three Oaks Landscaping visiting you in your home to discuss in depth the project you wish us to undertake

• We take into consideration all your ideas or suggest options to help you achieve your goals for the outdoor living space including your potential budget

• We produce what are termed concept drawings. These give you the ideas illustrated, to include all the elements you require in the garden

• To this point we do not charge for our services. When we have confirmed the elements to be included in the design, we then give you an estimate of the likely cost of the work.

Design Proposals

• When you confirm you wish us to proceed with the design proposal, we will issue our terms and conditions and the designs

• We will give you the option of including a presentation drawing

• We will then give the full estimate for the work and a likely time schedule
